Rename "Octave-Forge" to "Octave Forge" (https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/octave-maintainers/2018-08/msg00138.html). Some research about this package added.
The Robotics Octave Forge package is was a port of the Robotics Toolbox by Peter Corke.It , which is currently under development, you can browse the SVN [http://octave.svn.sf.net/viewvc/octave/trunk/octave-forge/extra/robotics/ repository here]no longer available.
