Accessing GNU Octave info doesn't work because of dumb terminal in Vim: "info: Terminal type `dumb' is not smart enough to run Info. shell returned 1". how to solve this? What is different? Some more settings needed? My versions: Ubuntu 12.04, VIM 7.3, info (GNU texinfo) 4.13, GNU Octave 3.2.4
