A: An introduction[edit]

I am speaking in English and Thai language.
I am studying Computer Engineering.
I participate in Google Summer of Code because I want to work with the Open-Sorce project .
And Why I choose Octave because I have experience with Octave and I want to be a part of contributors.

C: Contact[edit]

My nick in IRC is Deduq.
My Timezone is UTC+7(ICT) and I usually code around 10.00 to 19.00.

E: Coding Experience[edit]

I have coding experience with Octave and Matlab in a few tasks/assignments in my college and Python, Javascript for my college's projects

F: Feeling Fine[edit]

I don't have any experience with IRC and Wiki before but I have used some source code management systems like git.

O: Only out of interest[edit]

I hear about Octave from Coursera course {Machine Learning from Stanford}

P: Prerequisites[edit]

I am working with mac os. I have a part-time job thus I can work with a computer for about 5-6 hours a day.

S: Self-assessment[edit]

  • Do you like to discuss changes intensively and not start coding until you know what you want to do?
    • I think it's effective for working on any project.

Y: Your task[edit]

I select Jupyter Notebook Integration because I have some experience with Python and Jupyter notebook and I want to learn how to implement Jupyter notebook in octave.
