Progress update on GSoC projects
- Colin and Andreas reported about the projects that they are mentoring: the project that Colin mentors has stalled and an extensions might be asked, but it depends on the contributor's responsiveness; both projects that Andreas mentors have successfully passed the midterm evaluations.

Progress update on liboctmex separate library: work in progress
Future of "bytecode-interpreter" branch?
- Discuss whether we should ditch this branch, since nobody is familiar enough with this code to take over maintenance, or seek to reestablish a connection with the original author to see whether we can work something out.
Allowing PRs on github.com/gnu-octave
- We would rather keep GitHub's mirror as a read only for the time being.
