- DomainMath IDE (Windows, GNU/Linux and macOS.)
- GNU Octave syntax highlight files (Syntax highlight definitions for some editors. Contributions are welcome)
- EditPad Pro is a non-free text editor for windows. (Syntax highlighting scheme for GNU Octave can be downloaded (or look out for GNU Octave in the download area for syntax coloring schemes of the editor).
