hi

I initiated, and used to be an active editor of ScaryOctave. I try to learn from EmacsWiki:AlexSchroeder? 's example. Quoting him: Anyone else can also can take up editing responsibilities. All you need to do is edit new pages, correct typos, add categories, rework pages. A good rule of thumb I try to follow is to make all pages potential sections in a printed book or info manual.

Most of the real stuff on this wiki has been contributed by the octave guru PaulKienzle. I am much more of a octave newbie and try to take care of wiki issues here and there :)

I host http://gnufans.net and run fsbot and cousins...

I usually point my pages on other wikis to the one on emacswiki--- http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?DeepakGoel

Some octave stuff i use/write is at http://gnufans.net/~deego/pub/octave/ --- most of the docs in the functions there do not follow the right convention ATM. I have used matlab for many years, and switched to octave recently.. (but haven't learnt commenting conventions etc. yet) .. And specially with the help of contributors to this wiki, am slowly getting to learn of various octave resources.

In particular, look at the following at http://gnufans.net/~deego/pub/octave/
